Hawaiʻi Regional Economic Stewardship and Advancement Policy Board
The Hawaiʻi Regional Economic Stewardship and Advancement (HIRESA) Policy Board provides high-level strategic direction and guidance to assist in the facilitation of statewide coordination and collaboration regarding economic development planning and implementation by and among the public, private, and non-profit sectors. The direction set by the Board will be carried out through the HIRESA Program within the State of Hawaiʻi Office of Planning and Sustainable Development. The Board’s purpose, responsibilities, composition, and procedures are outlined in the approved HIRESA Policy Board Charter.
